Botez Bullet Invitational: Successful Chess Debut

Share:

The Botez Chess Invitational is the first exclusive chess tournament by Botez sisters sponsored by Chess24.

Andrea and Alexandra Botez are professional chess players who run the joint BotezLive Twitch channel. Together they try games, entertain spectators and, of course, play chess.

This time they were joined by 38 popular male and female streamers, who fought on a chessboard for 10 thousand dollars.

The tournament lasted one hour, and for this time, it was watched by 41K Peak Viewers. The channel of Botez sisters collected the biggest amount of viewers — 23K at the peak of the broadcast.

The second stream by viewers amount was hosted by Homyatol from Italy — 13 thousand viewers. Since not only English-speaking content makers participated in the contest, the audience was diverse. 26.6% of Hours Watched were brought in by Italian-speaking viewers, and 14.3% by French.

As for the first event, especially in chess, the Botez Bullet Invitational showed pretty good results. Subscribe to our social networks to stay up to date with all the latest esports statistics. If you want to analyze channels yourself, check out the benefits of our PRO subscription.
